Pricing

What it costs, and what you get.

Two packages and one optional extra. Before any work starts we write down the pages, content and connections in your project, so the price you agree is the price you pay.

Optional care

$199a month

Monitoring, monthly maintenance and backup review, plus up to 60 minutes a month of small edits or troubleshooting. Routine maintenance doesn’t eat into your 60 minutes.

We acknowledge requests within two business days during Central business hours. Unused time has no rollover, and there’s no 24/7 guarantee. Your site doesn’t depend on care: without it, you still own everything and can keep running it yourself.

The small print, in plain English.

How do I pay?
50% to book the project and 50% at agreed completion. The proposal sets out how acceptance, the final payment and launch fit together.
What else will I pay for?
Hosting, your domain and any vendor services, billed by those providers directly to accounts in your name. We’ll tell you the expected figures before you book.
What counts as a standard connection?
An approved provider setup or embed, like an existing booking service or newsletter form. Ordinary links are content, and basic contact delivery and analytics don’t use your allowance. Custom APIs, OAuth, two-way sync, payments and migrations are custom scope.
What can I edit with the admin?
The text, images and content types we agree before building. The admin changes content, not layouts; redesigning a page is separate work.
What if I want more?
Extra pages, a second visual direction, more revision rounds, workflows or integrations need an agreed scope change before we start them. Original 3D and advanced motion are quoted separately.

The content admin, in miniature

Change the words.
Keep the design.

A new opening time. A seasonal menu. A note for your customers. The optional admin gives you fields for the content you need to change, while the layout stays in place.

What you take with you.

A website should come with a clear record of what was built, where it lives, and who looks after it next.

01Every website
You own your website’s source and configuration. We supply the site assets, setup instructions, and an inventory of the accounts and services it uses. We record the agreed scope, known limits and defect coverage dates.
02With content admin
The agreed editable-content inventory, a recorded walkthrough, and exports of your content, revision history and actual media files within the agreed retention. Your team practises saving, previewing and publishing before handover.
03Accounts & running costs
You own the domain and provider accounts and pay their hosting, domain and vendor charges. The handover identifies billing and renewal responsibilities, plus any named agency access you choose to retain.

With care or without.

Optional care adds ongoing help. Your ownership, agreed editing access, standard exports and the ability to revoke agency access remain available without it. Without care, we identify which maintenance and provider tasks sit with you or your chosen operator.

Before handover, we agree the backup arrangements, alert recipient and recovery responsibilities, provide recovery instructions, and demonstrate recovery in a separate environment. Moving to a different provider can require additional setup and separately scoped work.
